Meet the Chief Cosmic Copywriter and Content SpecialistJessica Phillips (she/her)
Jessica might not be from another galaxy far, far away, but she was born on May 4 (May the fourth be with you) and is a huge Star Wars buff.
With more degrees than a compass, Jessica is qualified in knowing a thing or two about words. Growing up in Naarm/Melbourne and coming from a journalism background, she has more than 10 years' experience working across commercial television, radio, marketing and communications.
As a dancer and former dance artistic director, she fused her passions of journalism and performing arts to produce a blog, 'Dance Writer' (before blogs were a 'thing'). Reviewing professional shows, Dance Writer quickly became the mecca of Australian theatre news.
Bursting with creativity, she gravitates to an agency setting and works freelance with Melbourne boutique agencies including AZK Media and The Brand Bar.
Inheriting an affinity with words, Jessica’s purpose is to empower great change through the power of storytelling.
